BJT are a cut above the rest. The best experience we’ve had to date. All our family members, some friends and my work colleagues see Brett and Rachel and their team at BJT Automotive. We spent years using the services at a large dealership. BJT have been far superior in service, knowledge, advice and price. Brett leaves no stone unturned. He is fastidious, with his workmanship and attention to detail. Their communication always provides clarity..and confidence. Their is never a question in regards to their professionalism. Brett, Rachel and the entire BJT team - absolute professionals. I know the 4x4 is in safe hands. Nothing's ever overlooked and even the slightest issue is always bought to my attention for servicing at the time, or in the future. Must go over the car with a fine-tooth comb! Won't be going anywhere else.

Took my car here for its roadworthy check a while back now (Feb 2019) - I was new to the country with no knowledge of cars and after the rwc it was apparent I had bought a bit of a lemon. The mechanic was extremely patronising and condescending about the fact I had been duped into buying something I had been assured would pass the rwc easily. I then enquired about the next steps to get it roadworthy and was told just to take the paperwork to my mechanic and they would advise - obviously I didn’t have another mechanic otherwise I would have taken it there to begin with and clearly he just didn’t want to carry out the work. And lastly I was charged a higher price than originally quoted due to the car leaking oil on his workshop floor and making a mess - as an entirely mechanically ignorant customer I’m not sure it’s my responsibility to advise the mechanically experienced staff to plan for these kinds of possible issues.

Recently bought a 2013 Subaru and wanted to get it checked out so we had a baseline for servicing going forward. This was our first time using BJT and from setting up the appointment, to the communication once they had the car everything was first rate. Brett took the time on the phone to explain what he suggested needed to be done and then went back through the list in detail when we picked it up, car drives great and our Subie has a home to keep her going! We will definitely be using BJT going forward and have already booked an appointment for our VW.

Been using BJT since I had my first car at 18 years old (where dad took his cars). Have had them doing servicing, general repairs and RWC’s. Always found them to be up front and honest with any work that should be done but also let you know of anything that could break down in the future. Always get permission before completing any work that hasn’t been discussed. Would highly recommend BJT and there services to anyone! I’ve been using for over 10 years and they have always been awesome to deal with and do an amazing job!

They are clear about the steps they are taking and why, keep you informed at each stage of the process, and take the time to explain everything as necessary.
A friendly and knowledgeable team that I couldn't recommend more.

Brett couldn't have been clearer in his advice when he serviced the car. Told me exactly what had been done that service, what to do between service intervals, and future maintenance.
Getting into the car, it was vacuumed, no sign of the service inside the car - it was like brand new.
You can tell that Brett and the team care deeply about doing a great job, and as a customer you can't help but be impressed and appreciate that!

Being going to them for eight years and they have the most polite and helpful people....my car is always ready on time and running well and only parts that need replacing are replaced...I highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent mechanic to give them a call...peter lehane.

We are super impressed with the service we received from Brett and the team at BJT. My vehicle has one more year under warranty, but we decided to get it serviced at BJT after reading the excellent reviews. Choosing BJT did not affect my warranty and the service was very thorough and professional.
Brett's team picked up a tiny oil leak which he recommended getting checked under warranty at the dealership. This turned out to be the transfer assembly which will now be replaced under warranty at the dealership. The part costs around $3000 plus a full day's labour. Brett's careful attention to detail has saved us thousands of dollars.
I would also like to note that Brett is very respectful to women. I went with my husband to pick up the car and Brett made sure to include me fully in all the explanations and decisions.
We have no hesitation in recommending BJT and we won't be going anywhere else in future.

I often rely on my vehicle in remote settings, the thorough approach undertaken by Brett and his team gives me confidence that my vehicle will be reliable and dependable. Our family has been taking our cars to BJT for over 10 years. During this time we have been completely satisfied with the service and work that has been completed on our cars. From the moment you walk into their reception area and see their workshop you can see what a professional business this is. Brett and his team do a great job and we feel very safe in the knowledge that our cars will not let us down. Brett explains what needs to be done, he provides accurate assessments and will always call if work is required that he has not previously discussed with us. Over the years Brett has provided great advice whether it be work required on our cars or when looking to purchase a car for ourselves or our children.
